Fuel oils. The Authority has a requirement for the provision of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) and Intermediate Fuel Oil 380 (IFO 380) to be delivered direct to vessels berthed at the Marchwood Sea Mounting Centre, the Solent Anchorages and the Port of Southampton.
