As part of the modernization of the hospital's own IT infrastructure, Klinikum Werra-Meißner GmbH requires 60 licenses of the voice software Dragon Medical Direct from the manufacturer Nuance Communications, Inc., including support services.

Klinikum Werra-Meissner GmbH (hereinafter: KWM) provides basic and standard medical care, especially in the Werra-Meißner region with the clinic locations Eschwege and Witzenhausen. Every year, around 19,000 inpatients and 36,000 outpatients are treated. By continuously investing in hospital infrastructure, KWM ensures that patient care can be guaranteed at the highest level.

KWM already uses Nuance's Dragon Mediacal Direct speech recognition program integrated into its IT infrastructure. Due to the technical specifications of the existing IT architecture, KWM requires 60 licenses of speech recognition including support services for the modernization measures.
