New construction of the Saarbrücken Police Inspectorate - Drywall work

The SHS Strukturholding Saar is building the Saarbrücken City Police Inspection, including a public car park, on an area already used by the police on Mainzer Strasse in Saarbrücken. The new building of the PI SB police department is being built in the southeast area of the site. Area 6019 m²; address: “Mainzer Straße 132, 66121 Saarbrücken”. The police department consists of three components, the police department, the custody and the parking garage. All components are constructed as solid structures in reinforced concrete construction and are based on in-situ concrete bored piles.

The Police Inspectorate (PI) has 3 full floors plus a technical center on the roof, grouped around two atriums. On the ground floor there is a delivery yard with a single-storey custody wing. External dimensions of the main building approx. 62 x 38 m. External dimensions of the Andienungshof ground floor approx. 55 x 15 m

Multi-storey car park (PH): 5 staggered floors, external dimensions approx. 55 x 33 m, car parking spaces in total: 373
