1. The subject of the contract includes the performance of the task entitled: "Service of collection and management of municipal solid waste from the owners of inhabited real estate located in the Municipality of Lubyanka".
2. The scope of the contract includes the performance of a service in the Municipality of Łubianka, consisting in the collection from the locations indicated by the Ordering Party of mixed and selectively collected waste from real estate owned by property owners and users of premises owned by other persons that are listed in the annex to the contract and transport of waste to waste treatment installations. The order also includes the collection of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Przeczno and the transport of waste to the municipal waste treatment installation.
2. Detailed information on the subject of the order is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ entitled DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER.

3. The price of the offer must be complete, unambiguous and final. The Contractor calculates the price on the basis of the Specification of the Terms of The Contract together with attachments. The valuation of the offer should take into account all the necessary elements and expected costs associated with the implementation of the task. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due diligence the subject of the contract and for obtaining information in respect of each and any conditions and obligations that may in any way affect the value or nature of the tender or the performance of the subject of the contract.
4. It is considered that the submission of the offer means that the Contractors have become familiar with all relevant laws and other legal provisions in force in the Republic of Poland, which may in any way affect or concern the activities and activities covered by the offer and the resulting public procurement contract.
