Description:

Supply of endoprostheses and other implants.

The subject of the order is “Delivery of endoprostheses and other implants”. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include contract model number 3 to the Specification of the terms and conditions of the order (referred to in the SWZ notice) and the description of the subject matter of the denunciation which is in order No. 6 to SWZ. SWZ records should be read along with possible changes to SWZ content, which are e.g. the result of responses to Contractors' inquiries. Task 1. Cement-free endoprosthesis of the hip joint polyethylene/ceramics — 150 pcs. ;

Task 2. Cement-free endoprosthesis of the hip joint - anti-luxation acetabulum - 5 pcs.

Task 3. Cement endoprosthesis of the hip joint — 100 pcs. ;

Job 4. Cement endoprosthesis of the hip joint - anti-luxation acetabulum - 5 pcs.
