The object of service is the supply of the operating points of the university catering with vegetables and fruit TK

The framework agreement is concluded for 5 months with an extension option for 7 months. The performance period on 01.05.2023 and ends on 30.09.2023

The contract ends when the total quota of EUR 283,000.00 net is reached, even before expiry of the above-mentioned period, but no later than 30.04.2024.

A price adjustment based on the conditions stated in the contract documents is possible.
