The Testing Service, hereinafter referred to as the Client, is looking for parties that can make test locations and capacity available (within the set period), so that the citizen who needs a corona admission ticket can be tested. It is up to the citizen to determine at which location, and therefore by which test provider, he / she wants to be tested. The client plays no role in that choice. For the time being, this concerns the taking of antigen tests, and the reading and processing of the results of this test, within the set quality frameworks. It is possible that, in connection with the unpredictable development of the coronavirus, the State at some point deems a different type of corona test necessary or has no or less need for certain types of corona tests. In that case, the agreement can be adjusted or (partially) terminated.

Every party that meets the conditions of this procedure, see admission guide, will be notified by the Client that he is eligible for an agreement. This party is offered an agreement, at least at the start of the preparation phase, or earlier in the standby phase.

The agreement shall contain the suspensive condition that where the link with:

1. the applicable version of the CoronaCheck application; and

2. the Appointment Portal; and

3. the interface with the test provider's test application allowing data to be automatically shared with DT,

and the provision of information, via the message module of Mercell Source to Contract, which shows that your information and data security processes are in order, namely:

not within twelve (12) weeks, following the day of notification by the Client to move from a stand-by phase to the preparation phase, has been realized by the test provider in accordance with the requirements arising from the Open House procedure, the agreement can be dissolved.
