The object of the project is to create and implement a fully functional and operational ICT infrastructure in the District Hospital enabling the exchange of electronic medical records between systems operating in the health system, including the introduction of the provision of on-line services and the implementation of electronic medical records (EDM) adapting the activity of the entity to amended law provisions, among others, as regards interoperability requirements and the Health Information System Act.

The scope of the project includes the expansion of the ICT system, the implementation of medical e-services, the purchase of ICT equipment, the expansion of the logic network, implementation services and personnel training.

The project assumes the application of standards in web development accessible to people with different types of disabilities WCAG 2.0 standard.

Implemented e-services will serve to exchange information and data between patients and medicinal entities, medical personnel and medical information systems integrated with services available on the P1 and P2 platform.
