The subject of the contract is: the development of the server and matrix environment for the needs of desktop virtualization in the courts of appeal in Rzeszów, to the extent and in the manner specified in the Terms of Contract (SWZ) and Appendix No. 1 and 1.1.-1.8.
The order will consist of:
as part of the basic order: expansion of the server and matrix environment for the needs of desktop virtualization in the courts of appeal in Rzeszów in the manner specified in Appendix No. 1 and 1.1.-1.8.
For an order with option rights: 20 pcs must be delivered as part of an optional order. 2.5" NVME SED SSD 15.36TB drives to the arrays owned by the Ordering Party along with their assembly and implementation to expand the disk space.

The list of technical and functional parameters together with a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the assortment and quantity list is presented in Appendix No. 1 and 1.1.-1.8. to this SWZ, which is also the Assortment and Price Form.
The required conditions of service and implementation of the delivered equipment, including the warranty, are set out in Appendix No. 1 and 1.1.-1.8. to this SWZ and in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
Equipment and software subject to this proceeding shall be delivered to the court (Judiciary Unit) from the area of Appeal, in accordance with the information contained in the detailed description of the subject of the contract.
The equipment subject to this proceeding must be brand new, unused, manufactured no earlier than 2023, complete, equipped with technical elements needed for assembly and commissioning, ready to work without any additional purchases.
The Contractor is obliged to secure its offer in the form of a bid bond in the amount of: PLN 500,000.00. The tendering security shall be lodged before expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. The security may be lodged in one or more of the following forms:
1) money;
2) bank guarantees;
3) insurance guarantees;
4) the surety provided by the entities referred to in Article 6b (5) (2) of the Law of 9 November 2000 on the establishment of the Polish Enterprise Development Agency (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 299).
The deposit paid in money is paid by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Ordering Party No. 78 1130 1017 0021 1000 8190 0004 with the note "deposit - F-271-85/2023" NOTE: The date of crediting the Ordering Party's account will be taken as the date of payment of the deposit in cash.
