Norsk rikskringkasting AS (NRK) is the only contracting authority for this limited tender contest with prequalification for new framework agreements for the purchase of vehicles. NRK will only have an agreement for the purchase of fossil-free vehicles under this contract.

The intention is to enter into 3 framework agreements with A-B-C ranking, where the A supplier will be expected to cover most of the contracting authorities´ needs for vehicles in all of the requested segments for passenger vehicles/groups for goods vans/lorries.

Procurements could be made from the B and C suppliers after further defined exception rules.

Qualified tenderers must offer vehicles in all the requested segments for passenger cars and groups for goods vans.

The offered vehicle models must be available for ordering at the start of the framework agreement, 01.01.2024.

The new framework agreements must include deliveries that cover the need for 1 year, from and including 01.01.2024 until and including 31.12.2024. The contracting authority has the right to exercise an option to extend the framework agreements by up to 1 + 1 + 1 year (totalling a maximum duration of 4 years). If the contracting authority would like to exercise the right to exercise the option, the tenderers must be notified of this in writing min. 3 months before expiry of the applicable framework agreement period.

Volume is expected to be 70-100 vehicles per year.

The framework agreements cannot be valid for longer than until and including 31.12.2027.
