The CUBE measure is aimed at introducing young people into the training and labour market, primarily under the age of 25, in exceptional cases up to 30 years of age. The measure may include all activities that can reduce and avoid the need for help of the participants. Within the framework of a holistic approach, efforts must be made to remove specific, individual barriers to integration. The starting point of the measure is the individual approach and the development of individual approaches for each of the participants and the long-term support by a fixed contact person.
