Bizob on behalf of Municipalities Asten, Deurne, Gemert-Bakel, Laarbeek, Someren and the GRDD, GRSA2, GRSK, GR Peel municipalities, ODBN, ODZOB and GGD BZO. The agreement consists of supplying and maintaining printing equipment including a follow-me system for the contracting authority. This concerns counter printers, multifunctionals and print printers. The clients opt for a lease construction for all locations. All clients conclude an individual agreement with the supplier on the basis of its specific requirements in types, numbers and options.

The actual implementation and entry into force of the agreements will take place in phases, with the first agreements starting at the end of 2019 and the last agreement starting on 1.10.2020. To create unambiguous agreements, the initial duration of all agreements ends on 30.9.2025. There is a possibility to extend the agreement for 1 year.
