Tampere ev.lut. as an employer, the parish union wants to take care of its employees by offering them a lunch benefit and by encouraging its staff to exercise and refresh themselves also by using cultural services. The aim is to offer these employee benefits to employees as an easy-to-use service that may also work without a smartphone. The service must also be easy and cost-effective in terms of administration, as there are many changes in employment in the parish union and it must be possible to increase/remove benefits according to needs. The parish union has more than 500 employees.

The lunch benefit and the sports and culture benefit are the employee's electronically available balance, which is ordered and distributed through the supplier's online service. The amount of the benefit and the terms of distribution are determined annually by the employer.
