Receipt and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the territory of the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia and the collection and development of municipal waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste for the Municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia including:

1) the collection and development of municipal waste segregated and unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the territory of the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia;

2. Equipment of the municipal waste collection point in Dąbrów Biskupiej with containers and containers;

3. Receiving by telephone notification from the Office of the Municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia, within the time limit specified in the offer of the Contractor, a maximum of 7 working days and transfer to the development of municipal waste from the PSZOK in Dąbrów Biskupiej;

4) documentation of the execution of the object of the order by means of reports (reports), documentation maintained in BDO, waste transfer cards, recycle or recovery cards, waste safety data cards, etc.

Reception and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the territory of the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia and the collection and development of municipal waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste for the Municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia.

2. The object of the contract is the comprehensive provision of the service:

Receipt and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the territory of the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia and the collection and development of municipal waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste for the Municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia including:

1) the collection and development of municipal waste segregated and unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the territory of the municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia;

2. Equipment of a selective collection point of municipal waste in Dąbrów Biskupiej hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK” with containers and containers;

3. Receiving by telephone notification from the Office of the Municipality of Dąbrowa Biskupia, within the time limit specified in the offer of the Contractor, a maximum of 7 working days and transfer to the development of municipal waste from the PSZOK in Dąbrów Biskupiej;

4) documentation of the execution of the object of the order by means of reports (reports), documentation maintained in BDO, waste transfer cards, recycle or recovery cards, waste safety data cards, etc.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ and the template of the contract Annex 8 to the SWZ.
