Ensuring the continuous operation of the National Visa Information System (hereinafter referred to as the N.VIS) and the related national systems - the Register of Aliens (UR), other relevant national ICT components, through continuous maintenance of all technical and infrastructure and software, the timely elimination of hardware and software malfunctions through the method of operational support. This project aims to continue the activities of projects No LT/2016/ISF/3.1.1.1 and LT /2019/ISF/3.1.1.2, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of N.VIS.

Priority I includes services in accordance with 4.1 of the technical specification. requirements of the sub-item up to 100 hours;
