1) The subject of the order is:
a) collecting municipal waste listed in Table 1 of the OPZ, arising and collected on residential and uninhabited real estate listed in Annexes 1, 2 and 3 to the ToR, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Sokołów Podlaski and their transport to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Wola Suchozebrska. The city is a shareholder of the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Wola Suchożebrska.
b) creating, for the duration of the contract, one Municipal Selective Waste Collection Point, as described in Annex 5, in the city of Sokołów Podlaski to the north-east of Lipowa, Długa, Repkowska Streets and running two Municipal Selective Waste Collection Points, including transport of waste collected at Points to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Wola Suchożebrska and to PUIK Sokołów Podlaski

2) The area of the city of Sokołów Podlaski is 17.5 km sq. The number of registered residents of the city is 19 151 (according to the population register, as at 30.6.2018).
