Full outline of proceedings: Reconstruction of the existing district heating network in traditional 2xDN500 technology into a pre-insulated network of 2Ø508.0/710mm along with the construction of a pre-insulated network 2xØ508.0/710mm in Kazimierza Wielkiego Street and Ruska Street in Wrocław
The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the existing district heating network in traditional 2xDN500 technology into a pre-insulated network of 2Ø508.0/710mm along with the construction of a pre-insulated network of 2xØ508.0/710mm in Kazimierza Wielkiego Street and Ruska Street in Wrocław.
1. The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the existing 2xDn500 duct heating network with a length of about 516 m into a pre-insulated heating network 2xØ508.0/710mm together with the construction of a section of the pre-insulated network 2xØ508.0/710mm with a length of approx. 29.1 m in the area of Kazimierza Wielkiego Street and Ruska Street from the K-I/12 heating chamber to the K-I/14 heating chamber (Journal of Laws No. 39/1, 57/1, 65/2, 38 AM-25 19/2, 61/2 AM-24 Precinct Old Town) in Wrocław.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 stages:
2.1. Stage I – section of the 2x DN500 network from Chamber K-I/12 intended for decommissioning to Chamber K- I/13 with a section length of about L = 280.0 m along with the renovation of chamber K-I/13, replacement of existing fittings and pipelines;
2.2. Stage II – section of the district heating network 2xDN500 from chamber K-I/13 to chamber K- I/14 with a length of approx. 238.5 m;
3. The reconstruction of the heating network shall be carried out in accordance with the detailed requirements of the current standard PN-EN 13941 or equivalent.
4. Detailed description of the item of the order includes SWZ, contract template, STWIORB, design documentation (Annex 10 to SWZ).
6. In the design documentation, the required minimum technical parameters of the system in the technology of pre-insulated pipes are indicated. Each Contractor shall demonstrate that the pre-insulated pipe technology system offered by him meets the minimum technical parameters specified by the Contracting Authority by documenting that the pre-insulated materials meet the requirements set out in the design documentation.
7. The Contractor is obliged in the Offer Form — Annex 1 to the SWZ indicate the name of the manufacturer and the name of the offered system of pre-insulated pipe technology;
8. The Contractor shall provide guarantees and warranties, as below:
8.1 for the offered pre-insulated system and related construction works performed — warranty and warranty period required - at least 5 years.
NOTE: The term of warranty and warranty for a pre-isolated system is a criterion for evaluating tenders: Warranty term and warranty (G) described in Chapter XX SWZ. The Contractor may offer a term longer warranty and warranty than the minimum 5-year, which will be evaluated by the Ordering Party in accordance with the rules of evaluation of the criterion: Warranty Term and Warranty for Pre-Isolated System (G) in Chapter XX SWZ.
8.2 for cut-off fittings — warranty and warranty period — 5 years;
8.3 for the restoration of pavement — warranty and warranty period — 5 years or longer depending on the arrangements with the owners of the site (arrangements with the owners of the site are attached to the design documentation to the tender procedure in question).
9. The obligations of the Contractor and the contracting authority and the conditions for the execution of the contract are set out in the template of the contract (Annex No 9 to the SWZ).
10. The Contracting Authority shall not make a reservation concerning the obligation of the Contractor to perform key tasks for construction works.
11. Deadline for implementation of the agreement
11.1. Final acceptance of Stage I by 31.08.2022
11.2. Final acceptance of Stage II by 31.08.2023
In order to remove doubts, the deadlines for Stage II are reserved in favor of the Contractor, i.e. it is allowed to implement Stage II in 2022 by 31.08.2022.
