1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the following municipalities, which are separate sectors:
1) Sector IX – the area of the Kaźmierz commune.
2. Waste shall be collected:
1) from the owners of the property where the residents reside,
2) from summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes,
3) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on the plot with the number ewid.:
a) 992/5 located within Kaźmierz in the municipality of Kaźmierz (Sector IX),
4) from pharmacies located in:
a) kaźmierz commune – Sector IX (collection of expired medicines),
5. from electropoints located in:
a) Kaźmierz, Leśna Street, the area of the Municipal Services Plant (Sector IX),
3. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the collected waste and its unloading in the Municipal Installation - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. in Piotrów Pierwszy 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.

This tender does not include the receipt of waste from uninhabited property sites.
