This consultation has been carried out with a view to appointing a project management team for the rehabilitation of 56 housing units - 27 to 37 rue du Languedoc in ERSTEIN (France). The project management team will be entrusted with a complete basic project management mission including a complementary mission "Scheduling Steering Coordination" and a complementary mission "tenant interface" detailed in the specifications. The estimated share of the financial envelope allocated to the works by DOMIAL is set at an amount of 2,240,000.00 euros excluding VAT for version 1 of the works and 2,800,000.00 euros excluding VAT for version 2 of the works.
