1. Full name of the contract: Development of design documentation along with the author's supervision under the project entitled: "Revitalization of railway line No. 162 on the section Dąbrowa Górn. Strzemieszyce – Dąbrowa Górn. Huta Katowice (p.odg.) and its reconstruction on the further section to the Dąbrowa Górnicza station, along with the reconstruction of the D.G. Tworzeń passenger stop and the extension of the D.G. Gołonóg passenger stop" implemented as part of the Program for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure – Kolej + until 2029

1. The object of the order is
-in the basic scope (Phase I) development of the program and spatial concept, design documentation along with obtaining administrative decisions, development of tender materials and obtaining EC Certification for the design stage under the project entitled: "Revitalization of railway line No. 162 on the section Dąbrowa Górn. Strzemieszyce – Dąbrowa Górn. Huta Katowice (p.odg.) and its reconstruction on the further section to the Dąbrowa Górnicza station, along with the reconstruction of the D.G. Tworzeń passenger stop and the extension of the D.G. Gołonóg passenger stop"
- within the scope of the Right of Option (Phase II) performing author's supervision during the duration and acceptance of construction works
2. The exercise of the Option Right is the right of the Ordering Party and depends solely on its needs. Failure to exercise this right does not result in any claims on the part of the Contractor.
3. The contracting authority shall provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law. The scope of contracts and the conditions under which they will be awarded are determined by SWZ (TOM OPZ)
4. The contracting authority provides for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the PPL in the contract notice for this basic contract. A similar contract may be awarded under the single-source procurement procedure, under conditions similar to the basic contract, after prior negotiations with the Contractor, in particular with regard to the terms of the contract, including price, deadline, guarantee period / warranty period.
Similar contracts may be awarded in the following scopes of development of design documentation along with obtaining appropriate arrangements and decisions for the implementation of works covering the following industries: construction and construction; bridge; Road; Telecommunications; gas, heating, ventilation and sanitary networks; rail traffic control; railway engineering; electrical and power networks, installations and equipment; Architectural; Surveying; railway traffic engineering and transport organization, cost estimation and with the proviso that the award of a similar contract for the scope provided for by the right of option is conditional on the exercise of the right of option and the award of similar contracts will be possible after obtaining appropriate corporate approvals.
In addition, the Contracting Authority provides for the award of similar contracts during the period of author's supervision in the scope described above.
