The purpose of this contract is the execution of the necessary works to improve the conditions of safety, health, functionality and accessibility of the building, and fire protection, especially in terms of the sectorization of the building. The action consists of the comprehensive reform of the La Orden de Huelva Nursing Home, adapting it to the current regulatory framework for its use by elderly people with disabilities according to the new model of long-term care. Also, the improvement of the energy efficiency of the entire building and the installation of photovoltaic solar system on the roof of the first floor will be carried out, generating electricity for self-consumption.
