NOKUT would like service providers who can have the complete responsibility for IT operations. NOKUT is now responsible for running its servers, network and clients, but would like to have a new operations provider for this service. The service includes:

— Operations or server-included storage, monitoring, backup, antivirus, etc.;

— Software operations, primarily Microsoft systems;

— Client platform operations (approx. 80 computers) and network;

— Coordination and follow-up of deviations from software suppliers;

— Consultancy services within projects connected to changes.
