Oslo kommune c/o the Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities (KID), hereafter referred to as the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition in connection with the procurement of upgrading and supplementing of floodlit track lighting along the Holmenkollen rollerski track. The objective of the procurement is to ensure safe conditions for use of the existing track structure in all seasons, and a better adaptation of the level over the year. The procurement comprises both services and goods, but the goods procurement is expected to have the largest scope. The primary part of the procurement consists of 1-1 replacement of 103 fixtures on interior floodlit tracks that are asphalted and used as rollerski tracks in the summer season. This work is expected to be completed quickly after signing of the contract. The tenderer should provide a binding schedule for this work in the tender offer. By the time the contract is signed there will be working drawings that described exact placement. The contract will also include 5 options, that comprise new establishment of track lighting at different locations in the track network. All options include the delivery of poles with foundation, cables and all electrical works. All excavation works are included in other agreements.
