GMSH manages around 750 properties, which are divided into four regional property management areas North, Kiel, West and South-East. Each area is managed by management offices located within the region.

The expected volumes are estimates from the experience of recent years (2021, 2022). The maximum quantity that can be expected annually is 125% of the quantities to be expected annually in the tables per lot in the specifications.
When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.
