With this tender procedure, the municipality of Haarlemmermeer (hereinafter also referred to as 'contracting authority') intends to select one (1) party for the execution of the cleaning (services) and window cleaning, including (sanitary) supplies, facilities, materials and resources.

The work will be carried out for the temporary main location Beukenhorst, location Polderlanden and various other locations of the municipality of Haarlemmermeer. One (1) plot was chosen because of:

 the planned transition to the new town hall during the term of the agreement and the related intention to close, among other things, the Polderlanden location;

 efficiency of communication with one (1) supplier;

 be able to offer better full-time job prospects to the cleaning staff.

Floor amount: € 435,000 ex. VAT per year

Ceiling amount € 484,000 ex. VAT per year
