The subject of the contract is (APPLIES TO ALL TASKS):

Felling, planting and maintenance of trees at Provincial Roads administered by the Provincial Roads Authority in Zielona Góra.

Detailed description of the object of the order and technical requirements are specified in Chapter III of the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is: a) mechanical felling of trees along with milling of trunks to a depth of min. 10 cm below the nominal height of the pavement or roadside with clearing of the area and removal of logs, branches:

(b) mechanical shearing of trees together with the cleaning of the site and the exportation of longerons, branches (without milling, e.g. in the case of tipping where trunks will also be necessary),

(c) removal of shrubs (dense) together with the export of residues after felling and ordering of the site,

d) rejuvenation of older trees including tree crown reduction cuts (up to 30% tree crown) and treatments for vertical road gauge

e) removal using a lift of broken, dead branches from trees

(f) felling of branches and outgrowths ingrown into the light of the road gauge

g) mechanical grubbing of the trunks together with backfilling of the uproar after the root, compaction and exportation of the remains after grubbing for disposal

(h) milling of the trunks to a depth of 10 cm below the nominal height of the pavement or terrain

(i) planting of deciduous trees with tanning (3pcs) and seedling care; seedling height 2-2.5 m; tree with trunk circumference min. 10 cm, common species, ornamental i.e. small-leaved linden, common maple, common rowan, horse chestnut, etc.

(j) planting of deciduous trees with tanning (3pcs) and seedling care; seedlings 2-2.5 m; trees with trunk circumference min. 14 cm, common species, ornamental i.e. small-leaved linden, common maple, common rowan, horse chestnut, etc.

(k) planting of deciduous trees with tanning (3pcs) and seedling care; seedlings 2-2.5 m; trees with trunk circumference min. 16 cm, common species, ornamental i.e. small-leaved linden, common maple, common rowan, horse chestnut, etc.

(l) planting of deciduous trees with tanning (3pcs) and seedling care; seedlings 2-2.5 m; trees with trunk circumference min. 10 cm, spherical and columnar species, i.e. clone “GLOBOSUM:, oak “FASTIGIATA”, etc.

(d) planting shrubs (i.e. juniper, cypress, irga),

m) replenishment of the piles together with the tape (set, i.e.: 3 pcs of piles with diameter. min. 5cm + tape parciana width min. 4 cm).

n) Cleaning of weeds and grass of the green surface of the roundabout along with pruning of existing shrubs,

2. The service will be performed successively during the term of the contract, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, at its written request within the time limit specified in the order.

3. The services will be provided by the Contractor in different periods depending on the needs:

1) in situations threatening road safety, the maximum time to proceed with the implementation, i.e. securing the area, will be ....... hour (according to the contractor's offer) from the moment of accepting the order by fax / e-mail / telephone*. Before commencing the implementation, temporary marking and securing of the work site must be carried out.

2) in other situations - each time the execution time will be determined from the moment of accepting the order, using fax or e-mail.

* telephone orders will only apply on non-working days and holidays and outside office hours of the RDW, telephone orders will be confirmed by fax / email the next business day.

3) the order referred to in point 2.1) and point 2.2), which is the basis for the provision of services, will include: the scope of works, their detailed location and deadline for execution.

1. The subject of the order is:

a) mechanical removal of trees using specialized equipment along with milling the underground part of the trunk (in compliance with health and safety rules), milling stumps to a depth of 10 cm below the edge of the road surface, pavement or shoulder, taking into account the normative slope measured from the edge of the road, supplementing the resulting cavity with soil,

b) providing soil and humus for backfilling carp pits

c) immediate cleaning of the road strip area (clean) from branches, branches, sawdust from milling and transporting the harvested wood to the contractor's own warehouses,

(d) proper handling of waste arising from the performance of the subject matter of the contract; The Contractor bears full responsibility for violation of environmental protection regulations in the area of work and in the area adjacent to the site and waste handling to the extent that completely exempts the Contracting Authority from this liability (Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2022.699) and Act of 26 August 2013 Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2021.1973.);

e) protection against destruction of fences, buildings, crops, etc., notification of difficulties of property owners adjacent to the area of works,

f) reporting any collisions and failures related to utilities (underground utilities and overhead lines) directly to the relevant services responsible for the proper functioning of technical equipment, i.e. energy, gas, water supply and telephone operators;

g) ensuring arrangements with the electricity company in order to temporarily turn off the electricity, comply with their recommendations and incur a fee for switching off the energy during the performance of the commissioned work;

h) purchase of timber obtained from felling from the Ordering Party on the terms set out in § 11 of the draft contract,
