The subject of the order is a service located in the region of the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from the property where residents resided within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Pyskowice.

The scope of the order:

Organisation of the collection of waste selectively collected, biodegradable and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, transport and development from properties residing in the Municipality of Pyskowice. Under the term “inhabited real estate” the Ordering Party understands: properties in the Municipality of Pyskowice, in which residents reside and properties referred to in Article 6j (4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1439)

2. Order scope:

1. Organize the collection of waste selectively collected, biodegradable and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, its transport and development, from properties residing in the Municipality of Pyskowice. Under the term “inhabited real estate” the Ordering Party understands: properties in the Municipality of Pyskowice, in which residents reside and properties referred to in Article 6j (4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1439)

2. Transmission of mixed municipal waste and biowaste should take place to the municipal installation.

3. Exercise of the object of the contract to comply with environmental legislation and sanitary regulations, including a regulation issued pursuant to Article 9d (2) of the Law on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities.

4. Ensuring the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with Articles 3b and 3c of the Maintenance Act of 13 September 1996 cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021, item 888), by Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 14, 2016 on levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste, by Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 15, 2016 2017 on weight-reduction levels of biodegradable municipal waste, only within the scope of the contract concluded as a result of this tendering procedure.

5. Implementation of the order using vehicles in accordance with the requirements described in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013. (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) on specific requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners.

5.1 The Contractor must have: 2 vehicles adapted for receiving municipal waste, 2 vehicles adapted to receive selectively collected municipal waste, 1 vehicle for receiving waste without a compact function and one vehicle of the washcloth type, with a closed water circulation, suitable for washing and disinfecting containers at the site of waste collection.

5.2 Vehicles for receiving municipal waste should meet the requirements of Directive 98/69/EC (emission emission standards) - at least Euro 4.
