The subject of the contract is the outsourcing of printing on devices owned by the Ordering Party together with the central printing system, consisting in printing, copying and scanning documents using multifunctional devices and printers for the needs of the Tax Administration Chamber in Olsztyn and subordinate units in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.

1. The subject of the contract is the outsourcing of printing on devices owned by the Ordering Party together with the central printing system, consisting in printing, copying and scanning documents using multifunctional devices and printers for the needs of the Tax Administration Chamber in Olsztyn and subordinate units in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship.

2. Providing full service of devices owned by the Ordering Party, i.e. ensuring ongoing maintenance and repairs (including replacement of parts) and delivery and replacement of consumables in these devices.

3. Comprehensive assistance of the existing Printoscope system, i.e. printing, copying and scanning services of documents on devices owned and installed at the Ordering Party. The service includes mono and colour printing in both A4 and A3 format and, exceptionally, in other formats smaller than A4 if necessary.

4. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to propose another follow-up printing system, provided that this system meets the conditions listed in point 4A, points 4-39 of the Detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ).

5. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has a current partnership status with the manufacturer of printing equipment Kyocera, obtained and maintained in continuity for a period of at least 2 years before the deadline for submission of tenders.

6. Whenever standards, trademarks or origin are indicated in the content of the tender specifications, including the description of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party shall allow equivalent solutions.

7. The description of the subject of the contract, specifying the items constituting the whole subject of the contract, shall be specified by:

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject of the contract;

2) Annex 3 to the SWZ – Offer form;

3) Annex 4 to the SWZ – Draft provisions of the agreement.

8. The scope of the contract includes:

1) the estimated number of prints/copies on all devices for 24 months at:

(a) 41 650 000 A4-sized black and white pages; and

(b) 326 000 A4-sized colour pages/copies.

9. The contracting authority guarantees the performance of the contract referred to in paragraph 8 at the level of 60%.

10. All other regulations related to the conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the Contracting Authority and the Contractor are included in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.
