ASSIGNMENT OF THE MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE SANITARY KENNEL, OF THE SHELTER KENNEL, OF THE S.O.S. ANIMALS SERVICE H24 AND OTHER SERVICES IN FAVOR OF ANIMALS

A) management of the shelter kennel and health kennel located in Via Ca' del Lanino n ° 28 - Arezzo, currently composed of boxes designed to accommodate 162 dogs at the shelter kennel, as well as 10 boxes reserved for the sanitary kennel and rooms for veterinary surgery, changing rooms, office, kitchen and outbuildings, deposits and warehouses with the following minimum service hours: from 8.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00; In the summer months, the aforementioned two periods of work may be transferred, without changing the overall duration, to more favorable hours.

B) supply and administration of adequate meals to all guests of the structure, cleaning of the premises and boxes, surveillance and care of the welfare of the animals housed in various capacities, during ordinary service hours;

C) Management of all foster care and adoption activities of dogs housed at the kennel: behavioral assessment, possible re-education, management of applications for foster care / adoption, path of accompaniment of applicants towards foster care / adoption, follow up;

D) cleaning, disinfestation, disinfection and rodent control of all premises and buildings related to the management in trust, in addition to the areas adjacent to the Kennel in question, during ordinary service hours;

E) maintenance and management of a historic feline colony present in the structure, to be carried out always during service hours;

F) service of capture of stray dogs on the municipal territory to be carried out in 24-hour mode;

G) rescue of dogs, cats and other non-wild animals injured and / or accidented, found in public areas or open to the public of the territory of the Municipality of Arezzo, including first aid veterinary care, to be carried out in 24-hour mode;

H) support to health and veterinary medicine activities of the South-East Tuscany ASL, to be carried out during service hours, including:

a. return to the rightful owners of the captured dogs;

b. capture and transport of cats to be sterilized belonging to the feline colonies surveyed and dwelling in public areas;

I) management of optional activities called "social clinic" more detailed in the following articles, to be carried out within the working hours;

J) other ancillary activities more detailed in the following articles, to be carried out within the working hours.
