Provision and servicing of a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Jodłownik in 2022 and for repayment of previously borrowed loans and loans

1. The subject of the contract is: Provision and maintenance of a long-term loan to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Jodłownik in 2022 and for repayment of previously borrowed loans and loans.

1.1. The credit of PLN 11,913,695.00 will be launched in three tranches:

- planned date of the launch of the first tranche - 30.06.2022 year, the amount - 4 913 695.00 zł,

- planned launch date of the second tranche - 30.09.2022 year, the amount - PLN 3 500 000.00,

- planned date of the launch of the third tranche - 30.12.2022 year, the amount - 3 500 000.00 zł.

1.2. The repayment period is planned from 2022-2036 including:

- 2023 year - the amount of 88 695.00 PLN

- 2024 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00

- 2025 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00

- 2026 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00,

- 2027 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00,

- 2028 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00,

- 2029 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00,

- 2030 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00,

- 2031 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00,

- 2032 year - the amount of PLN 125 000.00,

- 2033 year - the amount of PLN 2 675,000.00,

- 2034 year - the amount of PLN 2 675,000.00,

- 2035 year - the amount of PLN 2 675,000.00,

- 2036 year - the amount of 2 675,000.00 PLN.

1.3. Repayment of principal in the year 2023 one-off at the end of the month of January.

1.4. Repayment of principal in 2024-2036 at the end of each month.

1.5. Repayment of interest at the end of each month for the entire term of the loan.

1.6. The legal collateral for the planned loan is in blanco promissory note.

2. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT — if it follows from Article 22 §1 of the Labor Code:

2.1. Pursuant to art. 95 of the PZP Act, the contractor requires employment by the contractor on the basis of the employment contract of persons performing the activities included in the subject of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June

1974 - Labour Code (single text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).

2.2. The Contracting Authority requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor of persons in the scope of carrying out supervision and handling activities for the credit in question for the duration of the contract.
