Offers are requested for the implementation of residential construction projects (new construction) suitable for interest support rentals as KVR contracts for land acquired and managed by the contractor (project acquisition).
Projects can be implemented in the following areas:
— Helsinki region
— Porvoo
— Tampere
— Turku
— Kuopio
— Jyväskylä.
Offers are requested for the implementation of residential construction projects (new construction) suitable for interest support rentals in the form of KVR contracts for land acquired and managed by the contractor (project acquisition).
A participant may offer a number of separate independent projects for implementation.
In the project, the acquisition, design and execution of the plot are the responsibility of the contractor.
The quality level of projects will be jointly agreed on the basis of the requirements set by the A-Crown.
The applicability of projects for A-Crown will be clarified in joint negotiations.
Minimum requirements for projects:
— Land plots are located in regional central locations along reasonable transport links
— Land may be own or leased, but not obtained from the municipality
— The plot and the object shall be suitable for interest rate rent (ARA price level). The prerequisite for starting projects is the approval of plans and costs in the ARA.
— The project's space programme and the medium area shall be customizable to be suitable for the A-Crown
— The type of construction should be a floor or terraced house (primarily apartment building)
— Construction of projects should be able to start during 2022-2023
— There must be sufficient demand for interest rate subsidy rentals in the region and the free-funded rental level of the region should well exceed the ARA cost rental level calculated on the basis of the cost and risk reserves of the project.
In their application, the participant shall provide sufficient information on the proposed projects as a basis for selection for consultations.
