and operational and lease of a set of equipment together with all equipment necessary for the methodology and with connection of this apparatus to the computer system owned by the Ordering Party for a period of 36 months.

3. The Contracting Authority shall allow for an on-site inspection at the request of the Contractor in order to familiarize itself with the layout of laboratory rooms in which the Contractor will install equipment for automatic performance of serial, single tests. An on-site inspection is optional and does not result in rejection of the bid pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL.
