The advertised total service is awarded in a total of two lots and essentially consists of the following individual services:

– Lot 1: Landfill operation for the DK-0 and DK-I landfills Albstadt and Balingen;

– Lot 2: Landfill operation for the DK II landfill in Hechingen.

– Ensuring the operation of the landfill in compliance with the permit decision (part of the two landfills is still DK -0.5) and the regulations of the DepV:

– Installation of the built-in devices (one caterpillar each, incl. protective ventilation and mobile phone) at the Balingen and Albstadt landfill sites. Carrying out and ensuring all necessary customer services, repairs, UVV inspections and other measures necessary for the proper operation of the equipment. The pusher or loader tracks must meet the following minimum requirements: Total weight 20 – 26 Mg for work in the DK-I range (incl. protective ventilation).

– Installation of a charger (wheel loader with approx. 15 Mg total weight) at the landfill in Balingen for loading small quantities from the interim storage in the entrance area to the respective installation area;

– Provision of a wheel loader with at least 6 Mg total weight, incl. sweeper attachment for cleaning work and winter service of all traffic areas in Albstadt (incl. high-tipping bucket for handling);

– the installation of one authorised mobile service station on each of the two landfills (insofar as necessary from the trader's point of view);

– Cleaning of all traffic areas (incl. winter service) in Albstadt (in Balingen, these services are provided by the client);

– Installation of the delivered waste with the built-in equipment (incl. provision of personnel);

– Optional for both landfill sites: provision of a wheeled excavator (approx. 20 mg total weight) with driver on call for approx. one week each (three times a year) for the preparation of ditches and drainage and, if necessary, additionally for further special operations (option with evaluation).

– ensuring the operation of the landfill in compliance with the permit decision and the regulations of the DepV;

– Position of the installation and chargers described below (including equipment). Carrying out and ensuring all necessary customer services, repairs, UVV inspections and other measures necessary for the proper operation of the equipment.

– Position of a caterpillar. The crawler has to meet the following minimum requirements: Crawler loader 14 – 17 tons. with protective ventilation

– provision of a loader (wheel loader of 6 – 8 tonnes) for the unloading and transport of smaller quantities of landfill material (e.g. big bags);

– Provision of an approved, mobile company filling station at the landfill (if necessary from the point of view of the entrepreneur).

– Installation of the delivered waste with the built-in equipment including provision of personnel;

– unloading (in the entrance area or at the paving surface) and transport of smaller quantities of landfill material (e.g. asbestos or CMF in big bags);

– Drainage construction in the landfill area with installed equipment;

– production and covering of the external embankment with existing material;

– construction and maintenance of access roads to the paving area for continuous trafficability;

– Additional individual activities requiring installation and loading equipment as well as personnel of the contractor, e.g. shipment of waste landfill to the installation site, by prior arrangement;

– Optional: Provision of a wheeled excavator (approx. 20 mg total weight) with driver on call for approx. one week (three times a year) for the preparation of ditches and drainage and, if necessary, additionally for further special operations (as an option with evaluation).
