This tender enquiry concerns delivery within the following areas:

Cleaning in Trondheim Spektrum

The purchase represent services that can be delivered to Trondheim Spektrum Eiendom AS and the subsidiary companies Trondheim Spektrum AS ogand Trondheim Catering AS.

The contracting authority's description of the desired delivery is described in more detail in the appendix ‘requirement specification’ in Appendix 1 to the contract, and the delivery represents services that can be delivered to its own company as well as Trondheim Spektrum AS and Trondheim Catering AS.

Tender offers are requested for the following deliveries:

— regular cleaning

— periodic cleaning

— cleaning in connection with events.

The company is in a development period and the company's need can change during the coming period. The offered contract period is therefore set at 2 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for an additional 2 years.

Description of the desired delivery of cleaning services in Trondheim Spektrum

Scope of assignment

The assignment includes cleaning of Trondheim Spectrum's premises in Klostergata 90 in Trondheim.

The assignment consists of the following:

— regular cleaning

— periodic cleaning

— cleaning in connection with events.

The elements in regular cleaning and periodical cleaning will be included in the fixed annual price, cf. the contract price annex. Cleaning to order shall be invoiced separately in accordance with the contract’s price annex, after the cleaning has been carried out.

Opening hours at Trondheim Spektrum

1st of January — 31st of December

The sports period (breddeidrettsaktivitetstilbudet [the broad sports activity offer] through Trondheim municipality) will take place in the period

1st of January — 30th of April and 1st of September — 31st of December.

Opening hours in the sport period:

Monday — Friday 16.00 — 23.00

Saturday — Sunday 9.00 — 22.00

The site is closed for the broad sports activity offer at Christmas, Easter, autumn holiday, winter holiday and public holidays, but does not exclude the execution of commercial events and/or sports evens during these periods.

In the period 1st of May — 31st of August, many commercial events and sports events will be held and there is daily activity in office premises and meeting rooms.
