The purpose of this contract is the integral development of a Software Quality Assurance and User Experience Office. This office defines the quality and user experience standards that software custom developed by external suppliers for ADIF has to meet, establishes quality, testing and user experience methodologies, monitors the quality and user experience of the software and ultimately guarantees the quality of the software.

For this development, it is necessary to have a team formed by expert resources that provide the service of Office of Quality Assurance of software and User Experience.
