Conditional phase market.

The firm phase will relate to:

- management of the real estate portfolio;

- inventory of equipment and installations;

- management document and as-built file;

- intervention requests - Helpdesk;

- space management.

The conditional phases will relate to:

- allocation of re-billable charges;

- maintenance plan, compliance management and management of subcontracting contracts;

- management of rental contracts;

- future licenses.
