The scope of the contract includes:

(a) the receipt and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the Municipality of Officials and the City of Officials;

(b) the receipt and management of waste from the Selective Collective Point of Municipal Waste in the Authority.

Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to receive and use the following types of municipal waste between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022:

1) mixed unsegregated municipal waste (estimated quantity — 616.68 Mg i.e. approximately 51.39 Mg per month).

2) Selectively collected waste (estimated quantity — 262.92 Mg i.e. approximately 21.91 Mg per month

3) waste accumulated in the PSZOK in the Authority (estimated quantity — 123.68 Mg i.e. about 10,30 Mg per month)

Detailed description of the item of the order, the reception shall specify:

- the description of the object of the contract constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ,

- contract proposal — Annex 3 to SWZ.

Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to receive and use between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022 of the following types of municipal waste: 1) mixed unsegregated municipal waste (estimated quantity — 616,68 Mg i.e. approximately 51,39 Mg per month). 2) selectively collected (estimated quantity — 262.92 Mg i.e. approximately 21.91 Mg per month paper and cardboard, plastics, multi-cartridges, metals, glass, biodegradable kitchen waste). The estimated amount of municipal waste was calculated on the basis of the amount of waste collected in 2020 and for 8 m 2021, according to the reports received from the trader who collected waste from the area of the Municipality of Officials. The Contractor is obliged to collect from property owners residing in the Municipality of Offices any quantity of unsegregated municipal waste. 3) waste accumulated at the Selective Collective Communal Waste Collective Point (PSZOK) located in the Office at Partisan Street 26 (estimate quantity — 123.68 Mg i.e. about 10.30 Mg per month)
