Purchase and delivery of diesel oil for the needs of Zakład Umieniiania Odpadów Komunalnych RUDNO Sp. z o.o. in an estimated amount of 215 m3 and unleaded petrol Pb95 in an estimated amount of 1m3 in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. Detailed opz is attached as Annex 6 to the SWZ
The subject matter of this order shall be:
1) delivery of diesel oil in 2024 in the months: April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November in a total estimated quantity: 160m3 to places indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e.:
(a) Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o.o. Rudno 17, Municipality Ostróda (fuel tank with a capacity of 5m3-minimum amount of disposable delivery approximately 2m3),
b) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in Lipowiec, municipality Kurzętnik 53 D, (fuel container with a capacity of 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
c) Transshipment station of Municipal Waste in the village PółVillage 26 A, municipality Lagoon, (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
d) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in the village of Iława ul. Komunalna 1, Iława Municipality (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
2) delivery of diesel oil MA - 40 in the winter months of 2024 (i.e.: January, February, March, December) in a total estimated quantity: 55 m3 to places indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e.:
(a) Municipal Waste Disposal Plant RUDNO Sp. z o.o. Rudno 17, Municipality Ostróda (fuel tank with a capacity of 5m3-minimum amount of disposable delivery approximately 2m3),
b) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in Lipowiec, municipality Kurzętnik 53 D, (fuel container with a capacity of 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
c) Transshipment station of Municipal Waste in the village PółVillage 26 A, municipality Lagoon, (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
d) Municipal Waste Transshipment Station in the village of Iława ul. Komunalna 1, Iława Municipality (fuel container with capacity 2,5m3-minimum amount of one-time delivery about 0.5 m3)
3) non-cash purchase of unleaded Pb95 gasoline in a total estimated amount of 1m3, at service stations at the disposal of the Contractor
The purchase of unleaded Pb95 gasoline at the service station is cashless. The Contractor will issue weekly VAT invoices, which must include: date of refuelling, amount of gasoline consumed, gross unit price of 1 liter of oil / gasoline, surname and first name of the person collecting.
The Contractor's transport means shall be equipped with a legalised measuring device determining the quantity of diesel in litres and satisfy the technical conditions for the transport of liquid fuels in accordance with the provisions of law. Each supply of diesel fuel must have a quality certificate.
The Contractor must guarantee the delivery of diesel fuel to the places indicated by the Contracting Authority referred to in point 2.1.1) within 24h from the time of placing the order by e-mail, fax or telephone.
2. Terms of the contract.
The Contractor guarantees that the diesel oil sold meets the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015.1680, consolidated text) in accordance with the PN-EN standard or equivalent
The customer allows the possibility of purchasing less oil.
Delivery of diesel oil is carried out entirely by the Contractor, at his expense and risk - without the participation of the Ordering Party. Pb95 unleaded petrol will be collected successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, by refuelling into portable tanks (e.g. certified canisters) at service stations at the Contractor's disposal. The station/stations will be located within 10 km from the city limits of Ostróda (calculated by the shortest public road allowing the passage of passenger cars with a total weight of up to 3.5 tons), open on all working days from not less than 7.00 to 17.00.
The amount due for the retail purchase of fuels at the Contractor's service station will be settled in one-week intervals based on collective outgoing appropriations attached to VAT invoices.
