The CEA wishes to acquire cathode sputtering equipment coupled to a glove box for the combinatorial synthesis of air sensitive materials. The services to be performed will include: supply of all equipment, packaging, transport, unloading and associated handling means, installation and commissioning on the PRTT Nouvelle Aquitaine site in Pessac, associated training, guarantee. This contract includes three technical options and an option known as n ° 4 which corresponds to the transfer of the equipment from its first place of reception to its final place of installation as well as new acceptance tests (at the latest one year after the first receipt of this at the first place of installation).
The purpose of this contract is to set the conditions under which the CEA entrusts the holder, who accepts, the supply of cathode sputtering equipment coupled to a glove box for the combinatorial synthesis of air-sensitive materials, here- after referred to as "the equipment". The services to be performed will include: supply of all equipment, packaging, transport, unloading and associated handling means, installation and commissioning on the PRTT Nouvelle Aquitaine site in Pessac, associated training, guarantee.
This contract includes the following options:
- option n ° 1: a system for viewing by camera (s) of the interior of the deposit chamber and possibly of its other components placed in a glove box to facilitate handling (in particular, the installation of targets, the adjustment their inclination, the positioning and fixing of the substrates on the substrate holders) as described in paragraph 7.2.6 of the specifications;
- option no. 2: a particle filter which can be inserted into the gas recirculation circuit as described in paragraph 7.3 of the specifications;
- option 3: an N2 analyzer as described in paragraph 7.3 of the specifications;
- option 4: equipment transfer services to the second location as described in paragraph 8.3 of the specifications;
- option n ° 4 includes the transfer of the equipment from its first place of reception to its final place of installation as well as new acceptance tests (at the latest one year after the first reception of it in the first place of 'installation).
