Steel construction work
Aquasport GmbH intends to partially dismantle, renovate and further expand the existing Indoor Swimming Pool Einsiedlerbach in Hameln.
The total output of this work is essentially divided into:
- approx. 4800 kg steel frame construction elevation ventilation technology on flat roof, MSH 140, HEA 120-260, MSH 140, horizontal dressings M16, galvanized
- approx. 9200 kg steel frame construction for enclosure ventilation technology on flat roof, pitched roof shaped, LxWxH approx. 25m x 10m x 2.90/3.85m, HEA 140-160, RO 76, U100-140, horizontal dressings M16-22, galvanized
- approx. 1400 kg ceiling beams in the existing building, HEA 140, galvanized
- 1 pc steel staircase inside, galvanized, escape staircase inside 1 floor approx. 24 pcs. 18/25cm, 2-barrel with quarter platform, stair cheeks U220, grating steps and platforms, steel railings with stainless steel handrail
- 3 pc steel stairs externally galvanized, escape stairs/roof access stairs, each approx. 10-12 pcs. 20/24cm, 1- or 2-barrel with half-platforms, stair cheeks U220, grating steps and platforms, steel railings with stainless steel handrail
- approx. 950 kg steel structure supporting frame cantilevered LM façade, MSH 160x80
- approx. 270 m2 roof cladding, trapezoidal, with thermocouple elements, sheet metal
- approx. 245 m2 façade cladding, microlined, with thermoplane elements with rigid foam core, substructure, sheet metal
- approx. 30 m safety fence ventilation technology on flat roof, H 2.75m, single-walled lamellar system, horizontal aluminium profiles, Z-shape, galvanized steel substructure
- approx. 850kg steel substructure step platforms and grating ceilings, QRO 50, MSH, HEA 100, galvanized
- approx. 22m2 treads made of welding press grates
- approx. 20.5m all-glass railing system with clamping base profile
- 3 pcs ladder without back protection, L 2-3m
