The purpose of this consultation is to award a works contract - lot n ° 25 "Environmental finishing and development works on the right bank of the Isère", as part of the hydraulic, environmental and landscaping works. de l'Isère, upstream of the Pont de la Bâtie, units 2 & 3 (Isère - 38). It forms part, within the works operation, in an allotment of 31 lots, handled by separate contracts, within the meaning of article R. 2123-1 of the public order code, as defined in the Annex No. 1 of the Special Administrative Clauses (CCAP). Each lot is the subject of a separate market. It is not planned to break down into slices for lot 25.

The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahiers des clauses technique particular (CCTP) of the contract. The works relate to the construction of hydraulic structures, the reinforcement of dikes, the creation of new structures in merlons, landscaping and leisure facilities, services for the implementation of monitoring and warning systems. Lot 25 concerns finishing work and environmental improvements to the gravel pits at La Terrasse, La Berche and Goncelin. The works are located along the banks of the Isère, between Barraux and Grenoble, as regards the works to develop environmental sites. They also concern the sites of:

- the Goncelin gravel pit in the town of Goncelin,

- the gravel pit of La Berche in the town of Saint-Vincent-de-Mercuze,

- the upstream gravel pit of La Terrasse in the town of La Terrasse,

- the bench at the entrance to Grenoble, on the left bank, near the CHU de La Tronche.
