1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of cars for State Administration Units divided into parts:

Part II - Petrol cars segment E sedan

Part III - Petrol cars segment E SUV

Part IV - segment C "lower class" SUV

Part V - hybrid cars (segment B, C estate)

Part VI - hybrid cars (C segment SUV, D sedan)

Part VII - hybrid cars segment D SUV

Part VIII - hybrid cars segment E

Part IX - E segment hybrid cars SUV

Part X - Electric cars segment A

Part XI - electric cars segment B

Part XII - electric cars, segment C

Part XIII - electric cars segment D

Part XIV - buses

Part XV - 9-passenger combi / minibuses

Part XVI - pick up cars (with low and high buildings)

2. The detailed manner of implementation of the object of the contract is set out in Annex 2 and 3a to the ToR.

Part I - gasoline cars (segment A, B, C, C SUV, D sedan, D SUV) in accordance with Annex 3a to the ToR.

Part X - electric cars, segment A, in accordance with Annex 3a to the ToR.

Part XI - electric cars segment B, in accordance with Annex 3 a to the ToR.

Part XII - electric cars, segment C, in accordance with Annex 3a to the ToR

Part XIII - electric cars, segment D, in accordance with Annex 3a to the ToR.

Part XIV - buses, in accordance with Annex 3a to the ToR.

Part XV - 9-seater combined minibuses / minibuses, in accordance with Annex 3a to the ToR.
