The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the execution of works specified in the task called: RDW in Zamość: "Renovation of the provincial road No. 843 Chełm – Kraśniczyn – Zamość from km 26+470 to km 27+670"
The detailed material scope and quantity of works are specified in the attached Bill of Quantities, Technical Design and SSTWiORB.
The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of the temporary traffic organization (for the duration of the works) approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.
The designed scope of works is aimed at restoring the original parameters of the road, to obtain: roadway width 6.00/6.40 m, trail section with widenings on horizontal curves of the road, transverse slopes of the road: from 1.5 to 2% on straight sections and variable up to 3.5% on road curves, transverse slopes of roadsides from 4 to 6%.
For this purpose, the basic material scope of works will be carried out as follows:
1) Surface milling - at inclusions and intersections - 500,00m2
2) Filling the rut with mineral-asphalt mass AC-16W (for KR 3-4) - avg. thickness after compaction 5 cm - 24,94Mg
3) Execution of the trough (under the technological band) at the edge of the road - 720,00m2
4) Earthworks performed with backhoes in the ground category I-II with transport of excavated material - 50,00m3
5) Technological band - support and reconstruction of the edge of the road made of bellows. C16/20 concrete and aggregate surrounded by bitumen
- execution of the foundation at the roadway thickness 25cm (concrete C16/20) - 720,00m2
- making the foundation from the AC-16W mixture – thickness 5.0cm. - 720,00m2
6) Leveling the foundation with AC-16W mixture min. thickness 2,0cm (diameter 4,0cm) - 732,00 mg
7) Laying anti-cracking meshes with a tensile strength of at least 100kN - 7080,00m2
8) Making a binding layer min. thickness 6 cm from mineral and bituminous mixture AC16W - 7 353,35+84,70m2
9) Making a wear layer min. 4 cm of mineral and asphalt mass AC11S (fine and coarse basalt aggregate or granodiorite) - 7 234,50+84,70m2
10) Mechanical profiling of roadsides with trough forming - 1 200,00m2
11) Hardening of roadsides with aggregate - 1 200,00m2
12) Restoration, desilting of ditches - 2 300,00m
13) Restoration of culverts under the descents (on the gravel foundation bench) - 1/12m
14) Dismantling and setting of new posts U-1a, U7, U-8, + U-1f - 35,00pcs.
15) Horizontal marking of the surface - 309,00m2
The works should be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
The scope of the contract concerns primarily the renovation of the road surface, i.e. the restoration of the original condition of the roadway structure. The design documentation is adapted to the needs of all users, including accessibility for people with disabilities. As a public facility, it has no accessibility restrictions by all road users, which should be met by public roads and engineering structures, Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on technical and construction regulations regarding public roads (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1518, as amended).
The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the Works covered by the Agreement are managed, as long as necessary, by persons with qualifications and meeting the requirements set out in the Construction Law. Failure by the Contractor to secure personnel to direct the works gives the right to the Supervision Inspector or the Contracting Authority to suspend the works in whole or in part. Any interruption in the execution of Works resulting from the lack of personnel to manage the works shall be treated as a break for reasons attributable to the Contractor and may not constitute grounds for changing the time for completion of works.
