The open procedure is aimed at concluding a framework agreement with several economic operators, pursuant to art. 154 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, without reopening the competitive comparison, for the execution of the construction of networks and plants for water, sewerage, gas and district heating services to be carried out in the area of competence of Heratech S.r.l. – a Hera Group company. The expected duration is four years starting from 01.01.2024 until 31.12.2027, except as specified in point VI.3), letter d) of this call for tenders. The contract is divided into 2 (two) lots.
