The services are to be implemented according to the specified room program. Of which 8 classrooms approx. 60 m², 3 preparation rooms approx. 30 m², 2 offices approx. 15 m² and corresponding adjoining rooms.

Included in the service is the preparation of the approval planning including all proof of obtaining the building permit and the preparation of the execution planning / work planning on the basis of an existing design plan for the building including building services. Building dimensions approx. 30 x 15 m.
