The subject of the contract is the successive collection and further management by the Contractor, in accordance with the permits held by him in this respect, of a batch of waste with code 19 12 12 from the mechanical sieving of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) in the amount of 4500 Mg.
1. The subject of the contract shall be the successive collection and further development by the Contractor, in accordance with his authorisations in this respect, of a batch of waste code 19 12 12 from mechanical sifting of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), with the following conditions:
1) Guaranteed collection and management of the over-sieve fraction of mixed municipal waste of about 4500 Mg. 2) Waste will be transferred in bulk after passing Fe separation on a magnetic separator; waste in this form must be collected from current production.
3) Loading is on the side of the Ordering Party and will be carried out using a loader with a bucket with a capacity of up to 3 m3 with a capacity of approx. 15 Mg / h on working days. 4) The Contractor will be obliged to collect the waste daily (on working days). 5) The place of waste collection is the Regional Waste Management Plant in Końskie, 145 Spacerowa Street, Końskie commune, Świętokrzyskie Province. 6) All costs related to the implementation of the contract from the place of receipt are covered by the Contractor. 7) The contracting authority emphasizes that the amount of waste collected may change, however, it guarantees the size of a single collection within the full capacity of the contractor's means of transport. 8) The Contractor may not bring any additional claims to the Ordering Party for the total amount of waste collected in the settlement period, within the indicated tolerance.
9) The condition for settlement for each received batch of waste will be the waste transfer card (KPO) in the BDO system. 10) The Ordering Party allows the possibility of collecting waste by truck with a semi-trailer of the movable floor type up to a loading height of < 3.8m.
11) Before each collection, the contractor is obliged to send a notice from the BDO number of the transporter and the BDO number of the recipient. 12) Waste covered by this order should be managed in installations that have decisions allowing the treatment of this waste, in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect. 13) The Ordering Party sets a 1-month settlement period for partial execution of the order. 14) The required date of commencement of the collection of the first batch of waste - from the first day of validity of the contract.
