The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of gas fuel for the purposes of selected institutes of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, up to 29 points of consumption (PPG) with a total estimated volume of 39,541,909.35 kWh (basic order). The Contracting Authority declares that the planned gas fuel demand at each connection point is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. The quantity constituting the order is the size estimated for each of the collection points, with due care based on the actual consumption of gas fuel to date. These data are informative in nature, are used only for the calculation of the offer price and cannot be the basis for any claims on the part of the Contractor. The Contractor's remuneration will be calculated according to the unit prices specified in the offer and the actual receipt of the gaseous fuel at each point of collection.

The total estimated requirements for the comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel are set out in Annex No 1 — OPZ. The Contracting Authority specifies that it will consume min. 50% of the estimated basic volume of gas fuel demand. Comprehensive supply of gas fuel is to be carried out on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas distribution services (a comprehensive contract) and be carried out under the conditions laid down by the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law (i.e., OJ of 2018, item 755 as amended), the Civil Code and the implementing provisions issued pursuant to the model set out in Annex 3 to SWZ (Model Contract) .The Contractor must have up-to-date agreements with the Distribution System Operator (DSO) operating on the territory of the Contracting Authority, enabling the sale of gaseous fuel via the DSO distribution network to the gas consumption points set out in Annex No 1 to SWZ. The list of OSDs operating at the site of the gas fuel intake point is indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ. This contract includes the provision of a comprehensive supply of gaseous fuel together with a natural gas distribution service. In the course of the execution of the contract, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase by 20% the total quantity of gaseous fuel specified in point 1.
