Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP) is seeking information from prospective voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) partners to develop and the deliver the model for a specialist personality disorder and complex trauma pathway in the Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) community.

The Community Mental Health Framework (CMHF) asks that we close the gap between primary and secondary mental health services and create a specialist provision for those with difficulties associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder (PD). It is recommended that this service be commissioned across public and VCSE sectors, with people with lived experience at the heart of planning and delivery.

The service is intended to provide a psychologically informed mental health service for people who have difficulties associated with PD (also known as complex emotional needs) within the emerging, mild, or moderate range of need within primary care. The service will promote wellness and safety and will continue to grow and adapt to meet the needs of people with PD within the BNSSG community.

The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 (Regulations 74 to 77) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Regula
