The order consists of the delivery, installation and commissioning of two cardangiography systems for the German Heart Center Munich, the provision of associated services and construction services as well as the provision of service contracts over a period of 8 years. The contract is divided into two lots.

The delivery, installation and commissioning of a brand-new monoplane cardiac angiography system for the Clinic for Cardiovascular Diseases of the German Heart Center Munich as a replacement for an existing cardiac catheterization laboratory are required. The system to be offered shall have the following functions, properties and characteristics:
- Brand new system with state-of-the-art and future-proof hardware and software platform. No upgrade of the old system. Replacement of all components in the technical room.
- Cardiac imaging for diagnostic, interventional and minimally invasive procedures from routine treatment to more complex treatments for coronary and structural heart diseases as well as peripheral vascular diseases
- Ceiling tripod system with all the projection capabilities required for cardiovascular procedures, access to the patient from three sides and complete body coverage
- Rotatable patient table with at least 250 kg patient weight
- Patient table at least 300 cm with or without table extension, with thick mattress
- Large fluoroscopy coverage of the patient for peripheral procedures
- Wireless foot switch with assignment options for various functions
- X-ray generator with 100 kW power and adequate high-performance X-ray tube
- Dose reduction options (low pulse rate, low frame rate, etc.)
- Dynamic flat panel detector for cardiology with 12" diagonal
- Configuration of individual examination types and direct selection in the examination room
- Image system computer with highest possible system availability
- Fusion software fluoroscopy for CT with loading of images from the PACS
- Acquisition mode DSA, 3D imaging
- Reconstruction of image data and display of reference images
- Real-time image display during fluoroscopy or recording
- Cardiac and vascular imaging examination programs
- Post-processing and network functions parallel to the examination
- Simultaneous post-processing of a previous patient parallel to the current life image

2 Provision of related services
The provision of the following related services is required:
- Dismantling of the old system incl. old system in the technical room (Allura FD 10, Philips, 2007)
- Project management, preliminary and draft planning, execution planning
- Introduction and installation
- Integration in die vorhandene IT-Systemumgebung (CIS, PACS, DMS)
- Instruction and follow-up training and application support
- Function, acceptance test, accompaniment of expert testing
Provision of construction services:
The provision of all construction services required for the installation and commissioning of the offered cardangiography system is required. Excluded is the renovation of the walls and the floor.
Provision of service contracts:
The provision of service contracts over a period of 8 years from commissioning is required. The service contract to be offered should have at least the following features:
- Provision of on-site services at least during normal operating conditions
- Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00
- Repairs incl. all spare parts and all special spare parts
- Maintenance of the system integration into the existing IT applications of the Client
- Telephone support for technical questions during the usual operational
- Working hours from 08:00 to 18:00
- Software maintenance incl. updates and upgrades for previous functionality
- Upgrade of the computer hardware after 5 years
- Provision and maintenance of suitable protection programs
- Warranty period at least 12 months
Kardangiographybiplane systemDelivery of cardboard angiography system biplan:
The delivery is required, installation and commissioning of a brand-new biplane cardiac angiography system for the Clinic for Congenital Heart Defects and Pediatric Cardiology of the German Heart Center Munich as a replacement for an existing cardiac catheterization laboratory.The system to be offered should have the following functions, properties and features:
- Cardiac imaging in 2 planes to perform complex cardiac examinations in children
- Brand new system with state-of-the-art and future-proof HW and SW platform. No upgrade of the old system and thus replacement of all components in the technical room.
- One floor-mounted tripod and one ceiling-mounted tripod with unlimited projection flexibility
- Storage and retrieval of tripod positions (automatic positioning)
- Image acquisition via 2 dynamic flat panel detectors suitable for pediatric cardiology
- Excellent image quality while reducing the radiation dose
- X-ray generator (100 kW) with pulsed fluoroscopy and pulsed cine-fluorography
- 2 adequate high-power X-ray tubes and removable scattered beam louvres
- Rotatable patient table with floating table top incl. accessory rails and complete set of accessories (armrests, patient belts, patient mattress, handles, etc.)
- Tilting table function +/- 15 degrees and lateral weighing movement (option)
- Wireless foot switch in biplane design
- Image system computer with highest possible system availability
- Storage and playback of dynamic fluoroscopy sequences
- Examinations can be archived on CD/DVD, USB or in the PACS

- Software maintenance incl. updates and upgrades for previous functionality
- Upgrade of the computer hardware after 5 years
- Provision and maintenance of suitable protection programs on all operating and evaluation computers
- Warranty period at least 12 months
