With this service description, the city of Düren is inviting tenders for construction work for the extended shell of the partial replacement building of the Anne-Frank Comprehensive School.

The city of Düren is planning a partial replacement building for the Anne Frank Comprehensive School on the Kupfermühle 3 property in 52353 Düren (district 4770 Mariaweiler-Hoven, corridor 14, parcels 681, 219 and 5/1).

In the run-up to the extended structural work, parts of the old building structure were dismantled in order to erect a new building at the same location.

The mostly three-storey partial replacement building (approx. 3,800m² GFA) in reinforced concrete construction with facing masonry connects to the existing building in the north as a two-storey structure.
